JOE Media Group is looking for a highly skilled:
to oversee and grow our presence on Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat and YouTube. This is not an entry-level role, we’re looking for the best of the best. You’ll be working with audiences that collectively deliver over 500 million video views per month, so deep experience in social media growth, content performance analysis, and platform strategy is essential.
While Facebook & Twitter will be the primary focus, this role may extend to other platforms as needed. You’ll work closely with our content, video, and editorial teams to ensure our publishing strategy is aligned with performance insights.

● Publishing & Scheduling: Manage the daily content calendar, ensuring a steady flow of engaging posts.
● Data & Performance Tracking: Monitor analytics to understand what’s working, spot trends, and optimise strategy accordingly.
● Audience Growth & Engagement: Implement strategies to expand our audience, increase engagement, and improve reach.
● Content Performance Analysis: Track individual post and overall page performance, providing insights and recommendations to the team.
● Platform Expansion: While focused on Facebook, help explore and manage other social platforms as needed.
● Collaboration: Work closely with editors, video producers, and designers to ensure content aligns with audience interests and platform best practices.
● Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on platform changes, algorithm shifts, and best practices to keep our strategy ahead of the curve.
● At least 3 years of experience managing social media accounts, preferably for media brands or publishers.
● Experience managing large social media accounts or demonstrable success in growing their own account.
● Strong analytical skills with experience using Meta Business Suite or similar tools. A deep understanding of Facebook’s algorithms, engagement tactics, and monetization opportunities.
● Excellent English skills are a must – this role involves working with global content and audiences.
● Ability to manage multiple tasks, work with a team, and adapt to fast-changing digital trends.
● Strong organizational skills to keep track of content, scheduling, and performance insights.
● Experience with other social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter) is a plus.
